Hi there! We’re Ashley and Chris, the husband-and-wife team behind Stoney Creek Stays. We fell in love with hosting through our own travel experiences and have turned that passion into a mission: helping guests create unforgettable memories in beautiful homes that feel like their own.

 

Whether it's a cozy cabin near the lake, a beachfront getaway, or a peaceful retreat in the hills, we carefully design and manage each property to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and a five-star experience from start to finish.

Do you allow pets?

Do you allow smoking?
We do not allow smoking in any of our homes. Smoking is allowed outside of the homes. Some of our homes have special devices in them to detect cigarette or marijuana smoke. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.
What is the check in and check out time?
Please refer to the property handbook.
May I request an early check in?
We will certainly do our best to accommodate an early check in; however, we cannot guarantee an early check in until we know whether or not we have another group checking out that morning. Unless you want to purchase a half day stay. Please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate that for you.
May I request a later check out?
We will certainly do our best to accommodate a late check out; however, we cannot guarantee a late check out until we know whether or not another group arrives that afternoon. We usually will know 24-48 hours before departure to confirm since we have last minute bookings. If available, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Why has the price increased since I last looked?
We use a pricing tool that considers market demand, so our prices are constantly fluctuating.
Can I extend my stay?
Guests may extend their stay if the property is available.
Can I have a party?
We are sorry but we do not allow parties at any of our properties. If you have any other events you would like to have please feel free to reach out to us at 405-237-5210.

Do you provide kitchen supplies?
Our kitchen is stocked with the basic cooking supplies: plates, cups, bowls, baking sheets, baking pans, utensils, silverware, wine glasses, coffee, etc. You are welcome to bring your personal specialty item(s), if needed, for your visit.

Chris was our host and two thumbs up to him for the clear proactive communication. He was very friendly and we felt right at home. The house itself had all possible amenities we wanted - lots of utensils in the kitchen, towels, soap etc. It is tastefully decorated with lots of beds for a large group. Love the views from the balcony. Enjoyed the sunrise both mornings! I would highly recommend this place.

The location of this house is great. Easy private walk to a nice beach. The host was great, very responsive and helpful. A few things about this rental; the couch was gross and very uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs were terrible. When we checked in, the house had sticky liquid all over the floors. The walls are all dinged up and worn. The baseboards are dirty. It just feels like it is not being kept up well. We wish that there was filtered water available to drink. There were plenty of towels for us to use which was fantastic. There were no beach chairs or toys or boogey boards for our use. That was weird. Usually beach houses that we had rented have beach gear available to borrow. There were beach towels. Not a bad house, but we could not give it 5 starts.
