We'll certainly do our best to accommodate an early check-in; however, we can't guarantee one until we know whether another group is checking out that morning. If you'd like to purchase a half-day stay, please let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate that for you.

May I request a later check-out?

Accepted Answer

We'll certainly do our best to accommodate a late check-out; however, we can't guarantee one until we know whether another group arrives that afternoon. We usually know 24 to 48 hours before your departure date, since we do take last-minute bookings. If it's available, we'll do our best to make it work.

Can I extend my stay?

We use a pricing tool that considers market demand, so our prices fluctuate regularly.

Do you allow pets?

Do you allow smoking?

Accepted Answer

We don't allow smoking inside any of our homes. Smoking is permitted outside. Some homes have devices installed to detect cigarette or marijuana smoke. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Please don't throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Can I have a party?

Do you provide kitchen supplies?

Our kitchens are stocked with the basics: plates, cups, bowls, baking sheets, baking pans, utensils, silverware, wine glasses, coffee, and more. You're welcome to bring any specialty items you need for your visit.
