Chris began his journey of community service in high school as a volunteer with the local Fire Department. His dedication continued as he became a paramedic, serving in rural EMS and assisting citizens across various communities. This commitment to service now extends to helping property owners maximize their rental potential and providing exceptional experiences for guests.
During a successful career in EMS, Chris recognized the importance and demand for short-term rentals. What began as renting out a fifth wheel on a small goat farm has evolved into a passion for providing vacation rentals to travelers across the United States.
With a portfolio that includes one profitable property, Chris and Stoney Creek Stays, LLC are striving to become North America's leader in boutique short-term rental management.

Ashley is experienced in digital marketing, interior design, and exceptional in guest experience. Ashley worked as a manager in the municipal government field for over fifteen years and brings a wealth of knowledge in personal relations. She oversees all interior design projects for our properties.
Ashley earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Ashley enjoys the beach and anything with her husband and daughters.
