BEDROOMS: Master Suite (king bed, wall-mounted TV, dedicated desk, private deck access, en-suite double-vanity tiled shower). Bedroom 2 (queen, coastal linens, bedside lamps, wall-mounted TV). Bedroom 3 (two sets of twin bunk beds — great for kids and teens). Bonus: queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

KITCHEN AND DINING: Open-concept main floor, large Roku TV, kitchen island with bar seating for 4. Full appliances: refrigerator, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster. Dining table seats everyone.

Parking at Belle Vue is hassle-free. The property offers ample parking options, with a driveway that accommodates multiple vehicles. Street parking is also available in most cases, but the private driveway ensures guests will always have convenient and secure parking during their stay.

PARKING
Free off-street parking for multiple vehicles including trucks, SUVs, and trailers — no size restrictions, no pass required. Detached garage on-site for gear, kayaks, bikes, or coolers you want out of the sun. If you plan to drive onto Crystal Beach, nearby access points make it simple. Driving on the beach is a local tradition on Bolivar Peninsula.

HOUSE RULES
We want your stay to be excellent from arrival to checkout:
Maximum 10 overnight guests.
Pets welcome — $120 pet fee per stay (not per night); yard is not fully fenced, please clean up after your pet.
No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be respectful of neighbors.
Check-in after 3:00 PM; checkout by 11:00 AM — cleaning crew is on a tight schedule.

Report any accidental damage before checkout; the included damage waiver covers up to $3,000.

Take out trash and leave dishes clean before departing.
