Belle Vue

Picture this: sunset painting the Gulf in copper and gold, cold drink in hand, string lights glowing under the covered tiki bar below the deck. The beach is a 2-minute walk. The waves reach you from the wraparound deck. Belle Vue is what a Gulf Coast beach house is supposed to feel like — raw, real, generous with space, and built around exactly the people you brought with you to Bolivar Peninsula.

Belle Vue sleeps 10 across 3 bedrooms plus a bonus sleeper sofa — ideal for families, friend groups, and milestone weekends.

BEDROOMS: Master Suite (king bed, wall-mounted TV, dedicated desk, private deck access, en-suite double-vanity tiled shower). Bedroom 2 (queen, coastal linens, bedside lamps, wall-mounted TV). Bedroom 3 (two sets of twin bunk beds — great for kids and teens). Bonus: queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

KITCHEN AND DINING: Open-concept main floor, large Roku TV, kitchen island with bar seating for 4. Full appliances: refrigerator, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster. Dining table seats everyone.

THE PRIVATE BAR — YOUR REAL HOME BASE: Under the house sits Belle Vue's defining feature: a covered tiki-style beach bar with string lights, bar stools, charcoal BBQ grill, and picnic table. Rain does not matter. There is no last call. This is where group trips actually happen — cold drinks, easy laughter, salt air, nowhere else you'd rather be. Guests mention the bar in every review.

WRAPAROUND DECK: Elevated, unobstructed Gulf views — coffee at sunrise, cocktails at sunset, stargazing when you finally look up. Porch swing, ample seating, Gulf breeze.

OUTDOOR EXTRAS: Ground-level outdoor shower, spacious backyard, detached garage for gear.

EXTRAS: In-unit washer and dryer, central A/C, ceiling fans, streaming TVs, fast WiFi, board games, beach gear.
