Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation includes a damage waiver fee, which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (furniture, fixtures, appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Guests are welcome to enjoy complete access to the house, both the front and back yard. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep that in mind. There is also private access to the beach via a convenient walkway over the sand dunes, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf!
